Initial Assessment - We start with an initial assessment of your yard. We take soil samples for testing, perform an irrigation assessment, and determine if any clean up and recycling is necessary. Initial Service - During the first service visit, we prepare your yard for ongoing weekly service. Ongoing Weekly Service - Each week we mow your lawn(s) using electric or manual mowers, Clippings are “grasscycled” on lawn unless you request otherwise. Hedges, plantings, and shrubs will be periodically trimmed, as needed. Other non-lawn ground cover will be maintained unless excluded. Borders, curbs, driveways, walkways, and lawns are line-trimmed or edger-trimmed during each service visit, if necessary. Any exclusions will be noted. Hard surfaces such as driveways, walkways, and open areas will be air or hand swept on each service visit unless excluded. Minor yard litter removal & recycling is included. |
